GBC Summer Tour July 10 – 13

Since our mini-winter tour in February with the Huffmaster Hopper and Send It Sacramento was such a success, we couldn’t wait to head back up to NorCal for more!

We’ll be up for three rides (maybe even four) between July 10 – 13 and hope you can make some or even all of these outings!

First, I’ll be joining the summer series Shred Dog dog ride out of In Velo Veritas and ending at Bike Dog Brewing‘s Broadway location.

This ride is flat and covers about twenty miles with a fast group and a no drop group (which I’ll be in).

It starts and ends in different locations, so the pro-tip is to bike early to make it in time for the 530pm start in Old Sac at In Velo Veritas.

Saturday will be our furthest north ride in our Send It Yreka thanks to the folks behind the Greenhorn Gravel Grinder.

We’ll be doing a 58 mile ride with 5K of elevation starting at 730am just in case it’s a hot day starting out of Upper Greenhorn Park.

There will also be an early bailout point and you can find more ride details on our event page.

If you’re making the trip up to Yreka, we’ll also be doing a chill evening shakeout ride the day before of roughly ten miles.

We’ll be meeting Friday at 430pm in front of Zephyr Coffee (328 W Miner St, Yreka), so come early and hang out.

To wrap up the weekend, we’ll be headed to the Butte County Gravel Grind and if you’ve seen my earlier videos, it’s another area that’ll always surprise you.

This is another great grassroots event that starts less than an hour above Chico and has a three route options with a great amount of support.

All I can say is I’m eager for July to come and hope you can make it out to one of our outings because these are all areas that definitely are untapped!

Let’s make it ride July!!
